TERMS OF SERVICE

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using CashLanka, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. EARNING & POINTS SYSTEM

• Points Value: 100 points = LKR 32 (approximately $0.10 USD)
• Earning Methods: Complete offers, surveys, and refer friends
• Point Crediting: Points are credited after offer verification by our partners
• Hold Period: Large transactions (≥LKR 12,000) may be held for up to 30 days for fraud prevention
• Referral Bonus: Earn 100 points when a referred user signs up, plus 10% of their lifetime earnings

3. ACCOUNT RULES

• You must be at least 18 years old to use CashLanka
• Only one account per person is allowed
• You must provide accurate information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Sharing account credentials is prohibited
• Usernames can only be changed once every 30 days

4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

• Creating multiple accounts (Multi-accounting)
• Using VPNs or proxies to manipulate location
• Using automated software or bots
• Fraudulent completions of offers or tasks
• Harassing or spamming other users
• Attempting to disrupt CashLanka's operations

5. WITHDRAWALS

• Minimum Withdrawal: LKR 500
• Methods: Sri Lankan Bank Transfer, eZ Cash, mCash
• Processing Time: Most withdrawals are processed within 1-2 business days
• Verification: Large or suspicious withdrawals may require additional verification

6. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time for violations of these terms. Upon account termination, CashLanka reserves the right to determine the disposition of any remaining balance.
